Gadgets come in all shapes and sizes, but it’s safe to say this is a big’un. Sure, it isn’t exactly portable in the traditional sense, and no 24 month contract is going to make it fit into our budget, but that doesn’t mean it can’t have a place in your life. It’s the Roadster Sport, the latest addition to the Tesla family and released to the world last summer.

Updated Windows Phone schedule: good news for most, AT&T still awful

First posted a week ago , Microsoft has updated its Windows Phone 7 update pages for the US and the rest of the world . The good news is that most networks are now rolling out the copy-and-paste update codenamed “NoDo,” giving users of the platform the much talked-about feature, as well as some healthy performance boosts and other minor improvements. The company does warn, however, that due to its “gradual” updates, it could still take two weeks to receive the update, even if other users on the same network have it already

A Nexus S running Android 2.3 can load most websites 52 percent faster than an iPhone running iOS 4.3, according to a new study conducted by website analysis firm Blaze. The company based its conclusions on 45,000 website measurements using an iPhone 4 and a Nexus S, and says it was surprised by the results, considering the JavaScript performance gains that came with iOS 4.3.

After successful attacks on Safari and Internet Explorer 8 on Wednesday, the second day of Pwn2Own saw the iPhone 4 and then the BlackBerry Torch 9800 successfully exploited. The annual security competition allows researchers to win any systems that they successfully compromise, and also awards them cash rewards if those security flaws are still present in the latest version of the software.

In a post on the Android developer blog, Google has announced the availability of a new static library for Android developers that provides a more portable implementation of the Fragments API. This will allow third-party Android application developers to take advantage of Fragments without having to sacrifice backwards compatibility with existing Android handsets. Google recently launched Android 3.0, codenamed Honeycomb, a significant new tablet-optimized version of its Linux-based mobile operating system

Oh hoh hohhhh — this one went over just about everyone’s collective head. Ever since Apple announced that iOS 4.3 would pack the MiFi-esque Personal Hotspot feature (essentially turning your iPhone into an on-the-go WiFi router for your laptops and other gadgets), we’ve been under the impression that it would support up to 5 devices at once. That’s not quite the case.

AT&T adds new post-paid twist to iPad, tablet data plans

AT&T has added a new postpaid data plan option for “tablet” users—which for now means iPad and Galaxy Tab users—that lets you add the charges to your monthly wireless bill. Pricing is the same as the pre-paid options, but at least users that opt for the 2GB per month plan get a much more sensible $10 per gigabyte overage charge.

Today does the mark the day however, that the Prism is available through T-Mobile owned retail stores as well T-Mobile.com.
